Listening to people seemed essential to serving them well. So, we began to ask questions, listen to answers, observe, interpret data, and describe what we learned. We're still doing it.

Jim McGee, Principal Consultant
With degrees in marketing research (Univ. of Texas at Arlington) and journalism (TCU), Jim has conducted quantitative and qualitative projects in more than 20 countries. He specializes in research for international charitable and membership organizations, but works in fields as diverse as consumer goods, finance, telecom, travel, education, utilities, and government. Jim has lived in Russia and Malaysia; he now resides in Colorado. Thankful for his dog, his three kids, and his wife of 30 years (but not in that order), Jim can occasionally be found teaching fourth-graders at church.
